Faith-Led Somatic Intensives for Women in Leadership

For women who are used to showing up for others—and are ready to step away, even briefly, to tend to their own story in a more intentional way.

A woman, Rebeca, with dark hair, glasses, and a denim jacket is sitting on the floor next to a white couch in a bright room with white walls and a potted plant in the background. She is smiling.

As a woman in leadership, you are used to being the one who shows up.

The one people turn to for wisdom, prayer, and steadiness.
The one who holds space for difficult conversations and tender stories.

You care deeply about the people God has entrusted to you.

Some women carry that calling from a stage. Others carry it more quietly—in conversations over coffee, in moments of prayer, in the steady presence they offer to those around them.

However it shows up in your life, you carry a deep sense of responsibility for others.

And stewardship can be beautiful.

But it can also become heavy.

At a certain point, it’s not just about continuing to carry well—it’s about creating space to be cared for in a different way.

You know you need space… but life doesn’t slow down that easily

You are dependable.
People trust you.
They come to you when they need wisdom, prayer, or perspective.

You take that responsibility seriously.

But over time, the pace of caring for others can quietly begin to take its toll.

You may notice yourself:

  • holding the weight of other people’s stories long after the conversation ends

  • feeling stretched between leadership, family, and the expectations you place on yourself

  • knowing you need space to process, but unsure where that space could realistically exist

  • longing for more peace and margin, but unsure how to slow down without letting people down

So you keep showing up.

You keep serving.
You keep caring well for the people around you.

But somewhere inside, you may sense that something in your own story is asking for attention too.

You may have known for a while that you need space like this—but haven’t quite known how to create it.

A different kind of experience

For many women who care deeply for others, stepping away can feel complicated.

Not because you don’t value rest.

But because your life has been shaped around showing up, staying strong, and being available.

Over time, it can become difficult to imagine what real space for your own healing might even look like.

Faith-Led Somatic Intensives are designed to offer that.

Not as another responsibility to manage—but as set-apart time for deeper work.

Throughout Scripture, the wilderness was often the place where God met His people most clearly.

Away from the noise.
Away from the pressure to perform.

A place where deeper truth could surface.

A Faith-Led Somatic Intensive offers a similar experience—

Time to slow down long enough to listen again
to your body,
to your story,
and to the quiet ways God may be inviting healing and renewal.

What becomes possible when you finally give yourself this time

When women who care deeply for others step into this level of focused, set-apart time, something begins to shift.

Not because they try harder.

But because they finally have the time and support to listen to what has been held beneath the surface for a long time.

During a Faith-Led Somatic Intensive, many women begin to experience:

  • relief from the emotional and spiritual weight they’ve been carrying for others

  • greater clarity about the patterns shaping how they lead, serve, and relate

  • the ability to stay present in relationships without absorbing or carrying everything

  • renewed connection with their body’s signals—recognizing when they need rest, support, or boundaries

  • a deeper sense of alignment between their faith, their calling, and their day-to-day life

  • the capacity to set boundaries with greater clarity and less internal conflict

Because often there is a difference between knowing the truth and living from it.

This work creates space for that truth to move from something you understand —to something you begin to embody.

How a Faith-Led Somatic Intensive works

A Faith-Led Somatic Intensive is an extended, focused time set aside for deeper healing work.

It offers a different kind of therapeutic experience—one that allows you to move more slowly, more intentionally, and with greater support than traditional weekly sessions.

This work integrates somatic therapy and EMDR with a faith-centered perspective, honoring both your nervous system and your relationship with God.

What your experience includes:

Each Faith-Led Somatic Intensive is intentionally designed to help you move through meaningful work with clarity, support, and focus.

Your experience includes:

  • A pre-intensive consultation (60 minutes) to clarify what you’re wanting to focus on and prepare for the work ahead

  • A personalized preparation workbook to help you identify the patterns, experiences, or questions you want to bring into the intensive

  • A dedicated intensive session (3–9 hours) where we move at a pace that honors your nervous system while allowing for deeper, more focused work

  • A 60-minute integration session to process the work and support how you move forward from it

  • Personalized summary and follow-up resources so you can stay fully present during the intensive while still leaving with clear next steps

Each intensive is tailored to your story, your faith, and the specific area you’re ready to move through.

You are welcome to take time for yourself here

You’re used to being the one who shows up.

The one who holds space.
The one who carries what others bring to you.

But at a certain point, continuing to carry well isn’t the same as being supported.

This work offers you a place to step out of that rhythm—long enough to listen, process, and respond to what your own story is asking for.

Not with pressure.
Not with expectation.

But with the kind of intentional time that allows something real to shift.

For many women, choosing this kind of time becomes a turning point—because they are no longer trying to tend to their own healing in the margins.

Intensive Options & Investment

Creating this level of dedicated time requires intention, structure, and focused support—which is reflected in how intensives are designed.

These experiences are for women who feel ready to step away from the pace of weekly therapy and move more directly through a specific area.
