I have had success offering short-term and intensive Somatic-Focused EMDR to help clients get unstuck, then returning them to the deep relational connection and safety you have already cultivated over time.
As an EMDR Consultant, I specialize in trauma-informed, somatic, attachment-focused, and EMDR-based work.
With almost 20 years of clinical experience across a wide range of settings—and having navigated maternity leaves, medical emergencies, niche changes, and the realities of building a practice—I’ve learned plenty of things the hard way. I want to offer you a supportive space that helps make your own professional journey a little easier.
Consultation is also where I get to use one of my favorite strengths: creative problem solving. We can meet once, as needed, or on an ongoing basis to help you work through complex cases, get unstuck, strengthen your clinical decision-making, and grow in confidence.
