I work with high-functioning women who have tried all the “right” things—talk therapy, books, prayer—but still feel stuck. You may feel disconnected from your body, constantly overwhelmed, or even dealing with chronic stress or health issues that won’t seem to resolve.
Often, that’s a sign the work needs to go deeper than insight alone.
Using somatic therapy, EMDR, and Brainspotting, I help you process what your mind and body have been holding for so long—creating space for real, lasting relief.
Many of the women I work with identify as Christian and want a therapist who integrates their faith without making therapy feel preachy. Here, your faith is welcome if it matters to you—while we focus on the kind of deep, somatic healing that helps you feel more settled in your body and more at home in your life.
