Investment
The work I offer is designed for depth—not just ongoing support.
Sessions are structured in longer blocks of time, allowing us to stay with what’s emerging and work through it more fully while it’s present.
Because of this, many clients experience a greater sense of movement, clarity, and resolution over time.
Extended Therapy Sessions
My practice is built around extended sessions to support more focused, continuous work.
These sessions allow us to:
stay with what’s emerging rather than pausing mid-process
work with greater continuity and intention
move through meaningful material more directly
Over time, this often creates a more connected and efficient therapeutic process.
90-minute session: $375
2-hour session: $500

Therapy Intensives
At times, it can feel important to step outside your usual rhythm and create more dedicated space for your work.
Therapy intensives are designed for this.
They offer a focused, immersive experience, which allows you to stay with a specific area of your story with depth, continuity, and support.
Rather than spreading the work across weeks or months, intensives create the opportunity to move through something more fully within a contained period of time.
Many clients experience this as:
a clearer sense of resolution
meaningful shifts in a shorter timeframe
a more intentional use of both time and energy
Intensives tend to be a good fit if you:
feel ready to focus more directly on a specific area of your story
are looking for a deeper, more immersive experience
have the capacity to set aside time for this level of work
For many clients, this approach begins to feel like a more intentional investment—not only financially, but emotionally and energetically as well.
Investment begins at $2,000

Payment & Insurance
Payment Options
All major credit cards are accepted, including HSA and FSA accounts.
Limited payment plans may be available for therapy intensives. If this would be supportive, we can explore options during your consultation.
Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly.
However, I can provide a superbill that you may submit for potential reimbursement. Depending on your plan, out-of-network benefits may help offset some of the cost.
Third-Party Payment
If a church or organization will be contributing toward your care, I’m happy to coordinate any necessary documentation.
Next Steps
If you’re considering working together, a consultation is a helpful place to start.
It’s simply a space to talk through what you’re looking for, explore what kind of support might be most helpful, and see whether this approach feels like the right fit for you.
