I help clients move beyond traditional talk-therapy toward lasting healing and wholeness. Certified in EMDR and trained in body-based/somatic approaches, I help women identify and heal the root of their stuck places, reset their bodies, and discover life beyond survival mode.

I believe therapy should be simple
1. Connect
Reach out to schedule your 20 minute consult call. During our call, I will answer your questions and make sure you are a good fit for virtual therapy. If we are not a great fit, I gladly to connect you with referrals.
2. Collaborate
During our first few sessions we will work together create your customized treatment plan. We will build a practice of connecting thoughts, emotions and internal experience. This sets you up for deep, lasting change.
3. Change
We meet (regularly or for an intensive) and work towards connecting and having corrective experiences. Most of my clients have collected a lot of knowledge and data and they need support to connect their minds, hearts and bodies. Many of my clients report noticing changes after 3-5 hours of therapy.
