I don’t work in the traditional 50-minute therapy model.
My practice is structured around longer blocks of time because I want us to have enough room to work with what’s happening—not simply get into something meaningful and have to stop because the session is over.
I offer two ways to work together: Extended Therapy Sessions for ongoing work and Therapy Intensives for more concentrated work around a particular focus.
You don’t need to decide which format makes the most sense before you contact me. Tell me what you’re coming in with, and I’ll tell you what I recommend.
Extended Therapy Sessions
My practice is built around extended sessions so we have more time to stay with what we’re working on rather than pausing mid-process.
90-minute session: $375
2-hour session: $500
If you’d like to understand more about how Extended Therapy Sessions work and who they’re designed for, you can read more here
Therapy Intensives
Therapy Intensives offer concentrated time to work with something you’re ready to give focused attention to, rather than spreading the work across shorter sessions over time.
Your intensive includes preparation and treatment planning before we begin, focused clinical work together, and support afterward to integrate the work and consider what comes next.
Investment begins at $2,000

Payment & Insurance
Payment options
All major credit cards are accepted, including HSA and FSA accounts.
Limited payment plans may be available for Therapy Intensives. We can discuss available options during your consultation.
Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. Payment is made directly to my practice.
I can provide a superbill that you may choose to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan and reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Therapy Intensives are not usually covered by insurance, and in my experience, clients have generally received little reimbursement for intensive sessions. I recommend planning for the full cost of your intensive rather than assuming insurance will cover a significant portion.
Third-party payment
If a church or organization will be contributing toward your care, I’m happy to coordinate any necessary documentation.
Next Steps
If you’re considering working together, start with a consultation.
Tell me what you’re coming in with and what you want to be different. I’ll answer your questions, tell you what I recommend, and let you know if I think I’m the right fit for what you need.
